(#5) Add <username>.gitman.io support

I want to add a GitHub pages like feature. We can wildcard the domain so <username>.gitman.io points to the <username>/<username>.gitman.io repo. Look for a CNAME file at root for custom domains.

For 's other repos we should be able to route the docs/ directory to .gitman.io/. This can be toggled on/off in the settings.
